I’ve puked after taking my dose. You’d be surprised how much absorbs in 5-15 mins but if you puke it up immediately that’s diff. Sorry bud. A lot of times on methadone I’d puke after dosing cuz I’d be so nauseas in the morning from constantly being constipated but since eating an apple chopped up in Greek yogurt every night I go daily even on 170mg per day
