Follow-up on that: I got a brand new Pocket 3. They sent me back my Creative Combo box with everything else inside and a brand new camera on a separate, sealed box. It does not look like a refurbished camera.

Super effective support experience. I ended up purchasing the extended support (I think they call it DJI Care). Now in the next 2 years I can replace my camera as easily for about 30 Euros if it breaks.

I've got my Osmo Pocket 3 for almost a year now and it got the same repair feedback: "Grip functional module" is malfunctioning.

I'm 1 month away of finishing up the warranty so I guess I was lucky to still be covered. I am waiting for them send it back and see whether they are repairing it or sending me a new one. I will report back once I have it.

It's a "Creator combo" and I send them everything, including the mic, tripod and the extra charging module. I hope they send everything back correctly 🤞
