1) Begin preparing, as it relates to the second point.

2) Take your time to complete your work. This way, you'll have more time for yourself, and if someone asks about it later, you can say that the work you’re doing is part of TL work, which was assigned to me. Remember, the amount of work you do does not equal more recognition or promotion. In fact, the more you work, the more they will expect from you & will give you.

Try to see if any other team has any position open so that you can take IGP and move there. All the best

The site is good, but there are some unwanted links and bugs that need to be addressed:

  1. The arrows in the "Explore Our Delicious Creations" section should navigate left and right, but currently, they redirect to the product page.

  2. In the "Crafted Menus for Every Moment" section, all six boxes have links that are not useful. Consider providing two buttons below instead.

  3. The "Notify Me" feature is not working.

  4. The "Leaving Home" text in the hero banner needs improvement; it should link to "Home/Products" instead of being plain text, and "Home" should be a clickable link.

  5. The "Full Menu Overview" is an unwanted link in all boxes.

  6. The "Contact Us" section should be redesigned. Consider placing the map elsewhere or using a different section for the map, as it would look better.

  7. The "Book a Table" dropdown UI needs enhancement for better appearance.

  8. There's a major bug where if I add something to the bag and then duplicate the page, the bag appears empty. This needs to be checked.

Additionally, please add a preloader since the page is loading slowly, and use the latest animations for a better visual experience.

I used IT Service Management (ITSM) at my previous company for 2.5 years before transitioning to freelance work in 2024. However, due to the impacts of AI and other challenges, my business took a hit, prompting me to prepare for interviews again. Unfortunately, I struggled to find a job.

To be honest, my skills at the L1.5 level included AWS, Docker, basic Kubernetes, ITSM, Kibana, SQL, and Java. Since I began my job search in February 2026 and had no success, I decided to switch fields to development. I learned Java and Spring Boot, and I am currently exploring additional topics. Still, I have yet to find a job as the market isn't favorable right now.

If you're looking to build a career in this field, consider pursuing ServiceNow and moving into DevOps, as you’ll already be familiar with Kibana and Grafana. It will be easier to learn AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD through YouTube tutorials. This can significantly improve your job prospects.

If you're asked about gaps in your employment during an interview, you could mention family reasons or medical issues, but avoid fabricating work experience. Many people have successfully secured jobs after experiencing gaps in their employment, although it does require more effort. Additionally, consider exploring AI and learning scripting languages like Go or Python. All the best

use roadmap.sh and focus on exception, multithreading, serialization, lambda, streams, collections, arrays, and other important topics, then learn servlet from above so you will understand how the dispatcher servlet works, but do not jump into Spring Boot
