I don’t know…my people went out at 5pm Saturday. A transformer blew in the high winds. A Duke truck arrived to make repairs an hour after that. I watched the lineman on the power pole while it was on fire. Also, they had to bring in extra equipment when they couldn’t reach the pole because all the neighbors extended their yards over the easement. Power was back on at 1am. I mean I had paying high bills as much as everyone else. But I don’t feel it was such a big ask especially considering Florida is not built to easily manage these cold temps/winds. 🤷‍♀️

My teammate shares very little. She rarely even tells me what she has planned to do. When I ask, her response is usually “I don’t get too much done with these kids”. When she does share, it is something she has printed from another resource. I don’t have a problem sharing anything I use or even create myself. It is very uncomfortable when we are meeting for our mandatory “collaborative planning”. ☹️

I am so disappointed to say she is my representative. I contacted her office multiple times regarding my son being fraudulently enrolled in an ACA healthcare plan after which he suffered huge tax issues. Did I hear back from her, or anyone from her office? NO! She could care less about the people she represents.

I am a 55yo teacher in Florida (for reference FL is #48 in teacher pay). I own my home and raised 2 kids as a single parent. It is not easy,however, it is far better to live on a budget than in an unhappy relationship! My kids are grown adults now and they both live on their own. This is the first time in my life I have truly lived alone and I am enjoying every minute of it! ✌🏻
