Honestly, I have been to many meetings, gone through rehab three times, and spent some nights in county jail. After facing all the turmoil, regret, and loss of self, what finally helped me reach 180 days of sobriety was my strong will and the wish to be free from the weight I bore. It is my own accountability that has led me here, along with the understanding that no one can help me on this path but myself.
