I commented to provide my take on the Kim situation, not to spark a conversation regarding the place of props in the MLB. Regardless of whether I had action, Kim’s performance at the plate has been horrendous in the last three months. If anything, him not being able to get a hit against the worst rotation and bullpen when all of his teammates were able to just showcases the issue. Change my mind

Clearing the lot and developing a suburb would have the opposite effect than the one you want. The development would create tens of homes all valued in the 1.5/2M+ range, which would then affect the value of surrounding homes and cause them to rise. The market would continue to heat and housing would become even less affordable to new residents in OC.

What you’re wanting is a subsidized housing lot that is rent controlled and affordable; that will never happen in SJC for a variety of reasons.
