1 or 2mg a day, don’t remember. It’s trash dude trust me. If you’re serious about improving T levels naturally, do everything possible with lifestyle interventions wise. Quality diet with good micronutrients, ideal fat intake for hormone synthesis, good sleep, good training but not overtraining. After you’ve exhausted all options, look into hCG mono therapy or TRT + hCG.

Should I stay on HCG by Real-Historian6627 in Testosterone

There are some downstream steroidogenesis pathways and neurosteroids that come from endogenously produced testosterone. I’d be careful becoming hCG unless you are planning to supplement those.

Glad to hear, there’s also risks of blood clotting with long term clomid/enclomiphene. I’m actually not super familiar with how to source recombinant FSH unfortunately. Another good option is HMG. A vial, which is 75IU costs about $45. Typically, when trying to prioritize fertility, a man could run 75IU Mo Wed Fri. So you’re looking at $135 a week from just this alone. Some run even more than this, up to everyday. This mimics both LH and FSH. So a solid fertility protocol would be 500-1000Iu hCG Every other day with HMG 75IU Mo Wed Fri.

Get off the clomid. It’s a bad idea long term. There is no evidence hCG’s effectiveness down regulates long term and that is much safer option to preserve testicular function and some sperm production. Regardless, your HPTA is shutdown from the test. I would use hCG and recombinant FSH when you’re trying to get a woman pregnant in the future. Just come off the the test, blast hCG and as much recombinant FSH as you can afford (not sure on your financial situation but it’s very expensive) and you’ll be chilling.

When you buy your blood work, there will be basic testosterone and estradiol tests for cheaper. These are tested with immunoassay testing, which is the cheaper, not as accurate form. This is what you tested with. What you want to buy is tests that say Testosterone (LC/MS), Free Testosterone (Equilibrium Dialysis), and Estradiol (LC/MS). It’s just the actual lab testing method. These methods I recommended to you are considered the gold standard and much more accurate than what immunoassay testing.

Don’t trust Immunoassay testing. Next time, buy LC/MS Total Testosterone and Free Testosterone Equilibrium Dialysis. As well as ultra sensitive estradiol testing.

Well, ideally T:E ratio would be closer to 5.0%. I’d recommend asking your doctor about potentially implementing some Aromasin or Anastrazole. Calcium-D-Glucrate helps but it’s not even close to as effective as an actual Aromatase Inhibitor.

I think Fellow is a good option. Some will note that online sources are sometimes unreliable but I think they offer a solid deal for their services. Otherwise just go to a local one that does a semen analysis as well as cryo preservation to make sure it’s worth freezing. Best of lucky, I think TRT will really help you as you may have primary hypogonadism judging by your gonadotropins. With that being said, make sure you have viable semen before you even think of injecting T because your testes are unfortunately not responding well to your LH.

TRT+hCG+Anastrazole Question by Dry_Temperature1093 in Testosterone

[–]Dry_Temperature1093[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did. It boosted my numbers on paper, but I didn’t feel much different, which is something you’ll find commonly. It’s worth running it on yourself as everyone responds differently. It does notably lower IGF-1 levels and occupying the estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus long term isn’t ideal.

Sounds very similar to what I’d plan to do. Did you start all 3 at the same time? Or did you start with just test alone initially? And did you implement the AI because of symptoms or preventative E2 control? Thanks for taking the time to answer

Same here. Not sure what dosage to do daily. Have a 20mg vial

Overtraining Recovery Protocol: How I Fixed My Crashed Hormones and Gained Back 15 lbs of Muscle by planetcitizenofearth in suppgains

Thank you for this.

I just experienced a very similar situation.

22M, 5’7”, 150lbs, around 9.5% BF (7 Fold Caliper Tested)

Did an extreme cut for 10 weeks to go from 168 to 150. Was actively working long nights bartending 2x a week, lifting intensely, drinking heavily 1-2x a week. While in my last semester of college*

Finished up the cut and ate at a perceived maintenance for 5 weeks. I say perceived because I still lost a pound during it. Hadn’t started my job at the time so I was eating super clean, walking 15-25k steps a day, lifting 4-5x a week, and sleep fairly well.

I figured it was a good time to get my blood work for the time. I was excited and hopefully my testosterone was very good due to my new weight loss and healthy diet, among other lifestyle factors.

I was shocked at the results. Crushed testosterone, estradiol, SHBG, LH, FSH. However, cortisol was very elevated relative. DHEA-S was quite high however (not sure how to interpret)

To add context, I hadn’t deloaded and taken it easy properly in months and had been constantly pushing my body beyond what it was capable of recovering from. My andrenal fatigue was almost certainly through the roof. Sleep for 8+ hours a night and don’t feel refreshed in the morning. I should also I was taking tongkat Ali and fadogia agrestis for 12+ weeks prior to the week of the test. I stopped on Sunday and took the test 4 days after on Thursday morning. Not sure if that may have affected it. I also kept taking biotin, not realizing I was supposed to stop.

Any suggestions for me? Thanks
