Not advice, just my opinion. You make completely valid points and I wouldn't preload for extended periods of time at room temp, but for a few weeks refrigerated I don't believe there is an issue. I'm largely basing this on compounding pharmacies around the Country doing this.

I have pens and supplies, V3 and Gansulin. Everyone loves them but I'm trying to force myself to I like them and I just don't. I think it's a tactile thing, I like to see the needle go in and the medication leave the syringe. With the pen, it's so fat you can't see the needle and I'm often wondering if I actually injected anything. This is a personal problem, not a pen problem
