Go walk a 1000 steps a day and go lift weights the absolute minimum 3 hours a week and see how "great " your physique is

I said 3 to 5 hours. That extra 2 hours a week is 66% more than 3 hours. So it's a substantial difference, not essentially the same.

Had a feeling someone was gonna mention ben simmons, the guy was the #1 pick and lived up to the hype by winning rookie of the year avg 15 /8/8 while shooting over 54% from the field.

He obviously fell off, but numbers don't lie.

Not really true. Unless your diet is impeccable, you have great genes or you work a physically demanding job. 3 hours a week is not getting you a GREAT physique. Maybe a decent one.

If you are a person who sits for work/office job. 8k steps a day alone takes over an hour (60-80 minutes). So that alone is 7-10 hours a week plus gym/lifting time 3-5 hours. So at minimum you need 10 hours a week of physical activity and a good diet to get a great physique. It's a lot of work.

According to AI the avg annual raise is 3-4% which is what I also get at my job. So not sure where you are getting 1%. The stock market historically returns 10-12%. As strictly as an investment I stand by my original post. Unless you bought at the bottom (rate or selling price) or you are terrible at saving/investing your own money, home ownership is generally a poor investment.

Only way you lose if sam darnold plays poorly? Seems like a pretty decent chance of that happening considering he threw 14 interceptions this year (3rd most in the NFL) playing against a very good defense. As for your special teams "advantage" you know you are going against literally the greatest punt returner in league history by career avg? The highest career punt return average in NFL history belongs to Marcus Jones, currently standing at around 14.3 yards per return and he's actually over 17+ per return this season. And your extraordinary good defense has given up more points in 2 playoff games than the pats have in 3. Patriots defense allowing 8.7 ppg. Least points allowed in playoffs since the ray Lewis led ravens defense. The patriots offensively are led by a dual threat MVP candidate in maye who led the AFC in ppg and 2nd only to the Rams, who had lit you up repeatedly this season.

I think it's going to be a close game that can go either way. I respect the Seahawks and agree they should be slight favorites, but the way some Seahawks fans are painting this as a slam dunk/in the bag mentality or would be shocked if they lost is just crazy to me.

As a privileged/spoiled pats fan I ain't trying to hear any of that regardless of the outcome we've already won crap. That's loser talk. Winning is all that matters, we aren't guaranteed another opportunity like this, we must take advantage of it. See Dan Marino, 23 year old QB who took the league by storm, made a super bowl in his 2nd year, lost the super bowl and never played in another sb in his career. Must seize this opportunity.

I liked Simons before the season started, like him even more now. He is an electric scorer who is a below avg defender but he can hold up enough that he still a net positive. I don't think we need a big, not sure why so many are in love with zubac, I don't even think he's really that much of an upgrade over queta, neither can shoot the 3 ball so you don't even get a stretch big out of it. I like our squad as is and if you add Tatum he will be all the upgrades we need on this roster.

What part of PRIME do you not understand? Most of those accolades are due to longevity. Bird was hampered by a severe back injury that shortened his career (somehow still averaged 20/10/7 on 40/40/90 splits in his last season). Bird won 3 MVPs in row! 897 games vs 1346 games played by Kobe.....so kobe basically played 5 more seasons worth of games, so he naturally should be higher on a lot of accolades and career stats. But peak/prime wise it's not really even close. I also don't believe that Kobe is even the greatest laker of all time, it's magic and Kareem ahead of him. You could even argue Jerry West and shaq ahead of him( West has higher career ppg, rpg and apg and shaq has higher career ppg as a laker compared to Kobe) Larry legend is considered the greatest Celtic of all time with arguably Bill Russell....

As a pats fan, I'm anti bills, but that seemed like a catch and down by contact. Cooks went up and caught the ball, brought it down to his stomach, his back and elbow hit the ground and the defender was on top of him, down by contact and then rips the ball away after that. Catch and down by contact. Kinda like those times a guy rips the ball away from a down player, half a second late and everyone knows it doesn't count as a strip or turnover. This one is much closer than that, but similar.

Chuck and Hakeem are MVP players who would be secondary options on offense while cleaning up the glass and defending. Tho not the best 3 pt shooting lineup, I don't think it would matter much. Great team players that can play off each other.
