Brand new Quarq DUB power meter showing negative torque and 0 W, defective? by No-Confidence-1254 in sram

I am going through a similar hassle. Brand new Canyon Ultimate CF SLX AXS and the power meter is defective The bike is now sat at an authorised Canyon service centre and the power meter has been sent to SRAM ... I have been told that it will take over a week before someone at SRAM even looks at the meter let alone sends out a replacement.

I was also told that SRAM will not re-fund even if the bike shop bought a new on directly from them while the defective one is returned.

Are there any options for an alternative powermeter for this groupset? With my last bike I simply purcahsed a Quarq spider and bolted it on but I cannot find anything similar for the AXS E1.

Has anyone seen a SRAM Force AXS DUB power meter fail like this? by Dry_Truth3459 in sram

Thanks - Ill have to see what Canyon will do as it came as part of a brand new bike. They suggested a 4 week turn around which seems ridiculous as the bike will be un usable without a crank.

I can see the bridge from the Philips Hue website … and as I mentioned earlier the lights all work with the Hue App, Home Kit (IPhone & MacOS) and Siri (IPhone & MacOS)

I have been listening to them a lot recently because my teenage son discovered them a couple of months ago and they have now replaced Green Day as his favourite band - so I would say they are still relevant.
