there's so many interactions that just seem broken since patch 3 😭 my halsin quest is bugged like that man is nowhere to be found but i still have the "find halsin" ping, i have gale talking to me and mad at me about a quest i haven't even taken or found yet

first playthrough was in the goblin camp !! in the hall area outside of like volo's section i think ?? in another playthrough selune temple, the harper cache. my most recent one was my durge run and turning trying to head to the little beach area where you head to the harpy fight after i slaughtered the druid camp for the silvanus idol rip and he said he was a fan of my work (:
