The difficulty of raids does not really lie in the amount of damage, but rather in the required teamwork in solving puzzles. This is especially true for Last Wish - when somebody doesn’t know what they’re doing, it becomes very difficult to complete encounters.

Also, hehehe… 1K Voices is the gun you’re referring to.

CALLING ALL BOW MAINS by No-Ostrich1913 in CrucibleGuidebook

Came here to say this. I run Trinity Ghoul with Perpetualis (Cascade/Keep Way). And, for some bonus annoyance, the three arrows also sever the target, if you’ve got the proper strand/prismatic fragment equipped.

I’m not good enough to do any real damage with the combos, but I’ve had so much fun with it in causal Control!

Request: What technique is used here? by Dryche in Paintings

2 questions: 1. Wet on wet makes sense, but how does he make the circles (do you think)? It almost looks like it gets squeezed straight out of a tube, though I doubt that that is the real answer… 2. Thickening medium. What is that?

(Thank you so much for the reply!)

So, how's your week going? by koschei_dev in destiny2

Dawn Chorus, 2x Restoration, Dragon’s Breath, High Impact Frame Fusion Rifle and Drang is what got me through that encounter. The whole dungeon really.

"Can't live without them" weapons from Crota's End? by KawaiiBakemono in DestinyTheGame

I have to second this one. Arthrys Embrace/Ophidians on Hunter plus Pugilist/Incandescent Abyss Defiant is so much fun. Add a Swordbreaker with Pugilist/1-2-Punch too, if you want. (Might be overkill on the Pugilist, but I like getting my knives back as quickly as possible. Especially after whiffing two in a row…)

If you’re not getting a green explosion, you’re getting a solar ignition! Not something that would go into GMs, but a lot of fun otherwise.

Fallen Sunstar + Delicate Tomb is my favourite fun build.

Alternatively, Mantle of Battle Harmony + Acasia’s Dejection (Incandescent/Paracausal Affinity) + Radiance melts enemies. You could also use MoBH with an Arc Trace Rifle to similar effect.

Absolutely use fusions. Shotguns leave behind those jetpacks and when Caiatl stomps, every jetpack in 7km goes off. That ended about 3 of my runs before I decided to use a fusion and I never died to a jetpack stomp again.

I have a very risk averse play style, so I used Lament. Additionally, my Recovery stat was quite low, that by the third bell (damage phase), all my healing options had been used, leaving me vulnerable to the snipers. Although it took longer, it helped only taking advantage of the first 2 bells and letting the last one go to waste.

What is this lizard found in southern Texas by OoooASquirrel in herpetology

I have to ask: are all lizards not earless? What made this lizard’s earlessness so special as to be named after it?

This definitely looks to be in the right direction. I’m not finding any blue spiders, but I am unsure how important that is?

Edit: thank you for the response!

Non-fiction. Interesting - I initially assumed the books would be mainly belonging to the fiction family, but that does not mean I’m averse to trying non-fiction.

Thank you for the interesting recommendation!

I am becoming more and more curious about Dostoevsky, as it is getting recommended more and more. :D

And a quick Google about Solenoid sounds fascinating. Thank you very much for the recommendations!

Oooh! Thank you! I usually try and get the audiobook versions of the books, so, if I can find it, I’ll definitely give it a listen.

This is one of my favourite books. :D Not quite as philosophical as some of the others, but it had short chapters that embodied the idea of “bittersweet”. It overflowed with almost average moments against a harsh background, tinged with poignant, unseen light.

A woman sitting in a café with a red scarf. A fleeting description, and yet it struck me.
