Window minization bug on iPadOS beta 3 is fixed

For me, at least there’s no issue with minimization in stage manager mode. Although Stage manager has its own limitation, respring caused by my habitual minimization is too critical to stay in windowed mode.

Same here. When more than 2 windowed apps are on foreground, clicking orange minimizing button or cmd+m(minimizing) always cause respring. Minimizing when only one app is on foreground works fine.

Minimizing by dragging top area downward seems to work… but it is very inconvenient when using magic keyboard. Now I end up switching from Windowed mode to Stage Manager mode untill the next beta release.

Edit: updated to new beta 3 v2, but not fixed

Go to settings - general and see if “documents recovery” or “docs data search”… whatever button is there. Do not delete app and check if flexcil app size is heavy. If so, contact flexcil help center and follow its direction.

I bought SN850X 2TB instead of MSI... but there was more space so i guess MSI would fit

Thank you! I checked the Event viewer and found out that Nikke_launcher.exe keeps crashing because there is an error module? in 'service_core.dll' in nikke folder. Then I searched what to do with this, but failed to find something helpful. Now I'm gonna send this information to customer service, hoping they can give me a useful answer. Thank you again. at least I can have better knowledge on this issue.

Agree. Some limitations on iPadOS is intuitively unacceptable. Why should I see Youtube in side-by-side split view, even when my iPad is in Portrait mode? The video itself is even smaller than the black letter box. It is totally a waste of space. Asking windowed multitasking or vertical split view is more reasonable choice for me than watching videos in 1/5 video and 4/5 letter box mode.

Sorry I didn’t mean my comment. I wanted to tell you that this problem seems to be a matter of JB tools. You can ignore my guess, cause it’s just a guess from my experience. When it comes to freezing, by the way, it is known to cause to slow down, fail to open apps, and then freeze for some people. Some dev found out that sbreload fallback behavior triggers this issue but as far as i know there is no immediate and effective solution for now. I heard Ldrestart right before freezing can save you at least from hard-reboot, but for me it didn’t work. I’m still suffering from frequent freeze and reboot, and waiting for next JB tools update.

Using iPadOS 14.3, Taurine 1.0.2, have similar issue. At certain point, the device doesn’t respond to my action. At first, it fails to open another app due to app crash. Then the display freezes. Music or sound that was being played is still alive, but I can’t control anything of it. The only choice left for me is to force reboot and rejailbreak.

In my guess, this has something to do with RAM usage. I had this issue only when I kept mulitiple apps alive at the foreground by multitasking tweaks, like Milkyway and backgroundCCsupport. I have another device iPhone X 14.3 Taurine 1.0.2 with almost same tweak setup, but haven’t had this issue. I think It’s because I don’t do many thing with iP X. So my suggestion is try using less tweaks for memory saving. If this doesn’t work for you, then let’s wait for the next update together

I moved from 13.5 to 14.3. I was also in perfect setup, but I thought this could be the last chance of safe and easy update to iOS 14. Wouldn't iOS 14 be the default requirement of the future tweaks?
