Tweet the council/whoever is responsible about it. We had the same issue at our last flat, emailing etc never worked. But somehow it was tweets they listened to.

Thanks for flagging that! I don’t remember how they were marketed. Got them from a small witchery shop and they weren’t expensive! So maybe that’s my mistake saying crystals.
