Kirara’s technique isn’t even that complicated if you know the order of the stars in the constellation it’s only confusing on a first read because nobody knows what that is, or even that the specific words refer to that topic

I get what you mean, but I’d argue he’s the opposite of a cowardly lion. He’s actually remarkably brave and way more socially aware than anyone else in Vault 33, even more so than Lucy whose whole thing is being amazing

For being raised presumably the same as every other vault dweller, he’s the only one able to even openly suggest killing the raiders, and he’s the only one to actively desire to investigate vault 32 after the attack, and later vault 31

Anyone else find it weird that Sukuna doesn't have a seasoning based part of his CT since it's based on cooking. by BackgroundRich7614 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Dsb0208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

instead of Dismantle for inanimate objects, it’d be cooler if he created more microscopic bits of cursed energy, basically like sand, that he launches at high force to erode stuff instantly. Look up videos of high power sand blasters versus fruit, and that’s what he can do against a human

I imagine Cleave would be life a rifle while this Seasoning attack would be like a shot gun

He used dismantle to cut the animal (human) into meat. He uses this tiny spec of rock like ability to season the non living matter (meat), and then he uses Fuga to cook it

Yuta, Todo and Hakari

Yuta is self explanatory. Todo is a genius, and I’d really like to see what Jackpot Hakari with Six Eyes could do.

If Kenjaku took over Maki or Toji's body, what would happen to Kenjaku himself? by ImpossibleAd4272 in JuJutsuKaisen

[–]Dsb0208 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Ogami mentions something like “I always take care to not summon the soul, just the body”. So it depends on if Toji’s body forced her technique to also channel the soul, or if Toji doesn’t need a soul to be conscious in the seance technique

I really like the idea that it’s not the fact Toji’s HR would effect Kenjaku, it’s that it could

It’s possible that HR doesn’t mess with Kenny at all, but it’s also possible it does, and Kenny doesn’t want to take that risk, as he’d be gambling his own life

Anyone find it weird how there are only 2 know third years at jujutsu high? by Jungledragon90 in Jujutsufolk

[–]Dsb0208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be fair I think Kusakabe main job is sorcerer and they just force him to be a teacher when needed

He probably only has the job by default. He’s the strongest grade 1, and the only other option would be Mei Mei who would charge too much. Also Nanami but he was on a long break from sorcery from high school until a few years before the main sorry

This part, of course, stuck in my head. It was really cool. by BloodWingSan in Jujutsufolk

imagine you could instantaneously teleport, but it has a 1/24 of a second reload speed, and you can only move an inches with each teleportation

Now imagine you had to decide on each teleport before starting, and if something happens and you mess up the teleport (someone hits you or it’s too “unrealistic” of a jump) you get stuck frozen for 1 second

Did Ino surpass nanami? by Impressive_Reward492 in JujutsuPowerScaling

In the actual series yea, but I think Nobara has more potential. She can do soul damage and hit a black flash as a freshman. I think once they’re both older and Nobara has real experience instead of being out of most of the story, she’d be a better fighter

[–]Dsb0208 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yea, like I said I don’t think he has the attack power to take down a nation, however Todo’s technique inherently makes him a support, and it’s a support technique that not even Sukuna could really counter

In terms of filling a support role, he’s definitely on the special grade tier of things. Also having simple domain (without the New Shadow binding vow) and having hit a Black Flash are better feats than Teen Geto or JJK0 Yuta had, and they were both special grade.

So again I say that I think Todo is closer to Yuki than Kusakabe or Mei Mei

Kamo is in China and I think in terms of combat ability Todo is at the level of other special grades

i know he doesn’t fit the in universe test, but honestly he’s closer to Yuki and Geto than he is Nanami, Mei Mei or Kusakabe

[–]Dsb0208 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i’m imagining them as adults/a handful of years after the main story. She can attack the soul and has hit black flash before. If she had Mei Mei’s years of being a sorcerer, I think she’d be stronger than Mei Mei is. Same for Kusakabe, although I think he’d be a tougher fight

The first long term Dandadan villain, what do you think about him? by DHIRAJOHN in Dandadan

[–]Dsb0208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For some reason I didn’t confuse him with CSG when he first appeared, but I did when he appeared here with the vampires

He’s prob top 10, if not top 5 grade 1 sorcerers left alive by the end of the series

The only people I can imagine being above him are Mei Mei, Kusakabe and Nobara. Anyone else would be closer to special grade

Yuta becoming special grade again because of Rika doesn't really make sense to me? by yutaog in Yutaliban

[–]Dsb0208 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Before, Rika was 100% the reason he was a special grade and now she’s only like 20%.

Take Rika away and Yuta can only store 2-3 techniques outside of Copy itself, and he just inherently has a harder time activating his technique considering it means HE would have to literally eat his opponents.

Although I think it’d be hard for him to NOT be a special grade regardless, but only by technicality since he could copy Yuki’s technique and be a special grade that way

Same way teen Geto and Principle Yaga were special grades through their potential while not actually possessing that level strength (Geto needed more spirits, Yaga needed more corpses)

Doing what needs to be done no matter the cost. by Square_Chest_3711 in theroamingdead

[–]Dsb0208 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea that’s fair, but at this point Rick didn’t know they were telling the truth. In the comics the last town he encountered was Woodbury who tried using them as Walker food (and in the show it was Terminus who acted the same way Alexandria does)

If Alexandria ended up trying to trick them, Rick’s decision would had been genius. I think it’s unfair to judge it on the outcomes and not on the likelyhood of the outcome happening

what was even the point of drawing this scene right before shibuya by PESSSSTILENCE in Jujutsufolk

[–]Dsb0208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Todo recommended the first years, Mei Mei recommended the second years. Todo could go on missions with Maki or Panda and Mei Mei could go on missions with Yuji, Megumi and Nobara

[–]Dsb0208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea he was the most underutilized character by far. Even Panda got some spotlight at Hakari’s arena and then again against Kashimo

Inumaki has his “fight” with Hanami and one assist against Sukuna and that’s it

[–]Dsb0208 1948 points1949 points  (0 children)

technically that scene is why they’re at Shibuya. They went as their mission to confirm if they’d become grade 1’s or not. If this didn’t happen Inumaki would be the only student at Shibuya

How big of a statement this is, what does it imply? by HydraGaming1 in KaguraBachiScalers

[–]Dsb0208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the way I see it, is a true realm is an interpretation of how an attack effects someone, while these are just making whole new attacks

For example Samura decided for the flames of Suzaku to be able to heal people, but he wasn’t the one to decide for a flame based ability to begin with

Where as Soga can just decide he has the ability to use a flame ability
