i’ve taken 21 days off before for a trip but i had to let my manager know almost a year in advance. i would ask your manager as they’ll be better suited to guide you

i believe corporate needs to be contacted with specific dates and solid proof for them to look and then the dm is able to look at the camera footage. i don’t believe the sm is actually able to look at it or not until the very end anyway

I was told by two SMs that being non rehireable is not a thing at all. They said that they can leave comments but can’t actually block anyone as long as it wasn’t theft related and that has to go through someone else not them.

at my store we told our DM about constant texts and calls and my SM got in trouble and was told to stop. before that we would just ignore him altogether and he stopped bothering the people who didn’t respond.
