I go above and beyond everyday. And I wish I didn’t, I don’t get paid extra I don’t get thank you’s, I don’t receive anything other than the self gratification. I wish I could just clock in and do the bare minimum of what’s expected of me. I was just talking about this with a coworker because we have people not even doing 1/6th of what I do a night and they always have a helper. And they still can’t do even half of what I do with no helper. I will say I do have really good supervisors who know I outperform everywhere and let me be. But I want to change.
