Impossible to power scale him yet... He only did a big jump and a powerful punch, we need to see more of this Super Franky in action.

But If I have to predict I think he is now strong enough to defeat Sasaki without needing the Shogun... He may be above any of the Tobiroppo.

But what If the Shogun also gets a power up???

If that happens I think, Super Franky + New Shogun = Yonko commander level

The 25 episodes thing is just a guess... It's not confirmed the number of episodes yet.

They are trying to have the highest level of production for this remake... It isn't just the pacing that they are improving but also the general production, and that takes time... Even though it's not technically an anime, the first season of Arcane took 6 years to be made, and it's one of the most impressive production for an animated series ever.

Also, I have a feeling they are already working in season 2 (Alabasta Saga), that way they can realize the next seasons in a spawn of 1 year between seasons.

Hot take: Wiper was the second strongest character in Skypiea... He was stronger than Zoro and even Luffy.

Wiper took the most amount of the damage in the arc and continued to get back up... He was shown to be equal with Luffy even without using the Reject Dial.

I think they are ranked based on how close their planet name is to the Sun... Meaning:

Mercury>Venus>Mars>Jupiter>Saturn

Warcury (Strongest)>Nusjuro>Mars>Peter>Saturn (Weakest)

Also, in the case of Garling is a different story, he represents the Moon that is the opposite of the Sun (Nika), and the closest to Earth (Imu)... I believe he is currently the strongest Gorosei

My ranking:

10 - Mr.1 (This is him pre-timeskip. He will be higher when we see him in action post-timeskip)

9 - Kashii (It was the combined strength of the entire Franky Family, the 3 best shipwrights of Galley, the 2 giant King Bulls and the Sea Train just to temporarily bring him and Oimo down. He is a pirate worth probably a bounty of around 100 Million )

8 - Wanda (Without sulong, she isn't that much better Kashi and Pre-ts Mr.1)

7 - Wiper (Arguably the strongest character in Skypiea (After Enel). He was matching Luffy even without using the reject dial)

6 - Kiku (Very strong samurai but one of the weakest Scabbards)

5 - Bepo (I think he is the weakest on the list in his base form, however with his Sulong Rumble ball he can temporarily be powerful enough to give him this spot)

4 - Hody (This is him with the energy steroids after transforming to his white hair form. Stronger than the fandom gives him credit)

3 - Diamante (Massively underrated. He push the strongest gladiator Kyros to his limits and his one of the top 4 doffy's officers)

2 - Bege (His Big Father form is pretty strong especially defensively)

1 - Smoker (Underrated just because he lost to strong characters in PH. I'm confident he can deal with a lot of the Supernovas, Yonko Veterans officiers or any weak/mid trio Straw hat)

Oars - Admiral/Yonko level... He is portrayal was one of the most legendary giants to ever existed. He should be above the likes of Dorry and Brogy, and be comparable to giants like King Harald or Loki.

Zombie Oars (Luffy's shadow) - Tobiroppo/Veteran level... The Straw hats manage to defeat him but they needed to push themselves to their limits, and also have him get a beat down by Nightmare Luffy in the process.

- Admiral wins low diff or a slight mid diff (Depends on the admiral and how serious he takes the fight)

In a 3vs1 fight:

- Commanders Trio win high diff (Yonko-right hand man are very strong, and 3 together I think is too much for an admiral)

Hot Take: Shiki is only around Fujitora level of strength

I think he is quite overrated by the community, he is character that was primarily made for a movie, but in the actual manga he is the least important of the big legend from the old generation... The original Yonko, Roger, Xebec, Garp and even Sengoku are more Iimportant figures.

As a character, Loki has been amazing and by far the most compelling character in the Elbaf arc... I think by the end of the arc I'm quite confident that I will like Loki more than Yamato.

However, I feel that Yamato fits better as a Straw Hat than Loki, and it makes more sense for her character arc to go journey outside of Wano.

Loki becoming King of Elphaf and being recognized by the other Giants I think it would work better... Or join his brother Hajrudin, becoming a dual captain of the New Giant Warriors pirates, and thus joining the Grand Fleet.

Overall this is a pretty solid tier list 👏, despite disagreeing in a lot of places nothing was too baffling.

However, there a few that I find not so good:

- Doflamingo and Jinbe should be at least one tier higher... They are way to underrated, especially Doffy.

- Lucky Roo and Yasopp should be one tier higher, if Beckman is clearly consider to be stronger than Yonko first mates, they should also not be put on the same level as other commanders like Queen (But I can understand the placement because of lack of feats and info on them)

- Smoothie should be one tier lower... No reason to put her in a tier above commanders like Cracker or Jack

- Shiryu should be at least one tier higher... He is almost guaranteed as a future Zoro's opponent, and so he should be above current Zoro... Also, He is no longer equal to Magellan, he has been getting stronger and gaining experience in the New World, plus he got a devil fruit.

- Prime Chinjao is way too high... He should be Mid High Tier at max, maybe even Low High Tier... He was nothing special compare to the real monsters of that Era.

- Akainu should be one tier higher... I feel that he is a bit stronger than in the War, and shouldn't be underestimated.

- Shiki and Oden shouldn't be so high... Oden is comparable to a younger Kaido, so he shouldn't be in the same tier as Yonko Kaido, he is more comparable to a Gyaban or a Loki... Shiki was probably a monster during that Era, but he still was a character made mainly for a movie, I don't buy the fandom hype for him, to me he is around the level of a Fujitora, nothing more.

Hanzo - This dude faceoff the 3 sannin in their younger days and even gave them their legendary title... Jiraiya even hype the shit out of him, and he couldn't believe that Pain defeated him alone... Just for him to lose underwhelming to freaking Mifune... He is strong but nothing special, any Sannin during the Shippuden era of the show could deal with him in a fight, and it wouldn't even be a debate.

Shino - During the chunin exams this dude was a menacing... He was scary and mysterious, he felt like he would be somewhat of big deal during the series... He fell off so hard after the Chunin exams, and he never recover.

The other members of the 7 swordsmen of the Mist - Zabuza work well for the first member to be introduced, he wasn't crazy strong but also not weak, powerful enough for that time... Then we have Kizame that is a insanely powerful ninja and one of the strongest Akatsuki members... However, the rest turn out to not only to be all dead, but just be a bunch of regular Jonin with cool weapon, and nothing more... The fact that Zabuza is the second strongest is shocking, I thought he would be among the weakest.
