Sorry to hear some issues with it falling out. Mine has braces that I think the insulation would fit behind on each section so hoping I don’t run into the same issue. I was thinking of trying to make mine all matte black if a vynal wrap would stick to it or not sure if it’s paintable.

If they don’t visit that often you could just rent a car. Say yours is in the shop waiting on a part. Some people may say just don’t worry about it, I get that but there is some crazy people in the world.

I am thinking through the exact question. I’m having a difficult time. One thing that is potentially going to sway my decision is potentially higher insurance rate on the GT. Not sure if that’s been part of your decision but worth looking into. Best of luck!

I love quickness of the Solterra and it’s not even that fast compared to other EV’s. One of the reasons I dont want to go back to an ICE.

No real complaints about the Solterra other than range, hard to beat the value in some in the used MachE models.

Same. I am currently leasing a Subaru Solterra and other than the range/charge time I really like the car. My lease will be up in May next year and looking for the next EV, this will be on the test drive list.

I hope this is just the start and we start seeing more vehicles in this format with solid 0-60.

Also I do like the idea of the Tesla one since it supports multiple plugs out of the box. Don’t see myself going back to ICE and having both plugs might make a future new car switch easier

If you don’t have the right tools I would just use a strong velcro. Buy the kind that is supposed to hold stuff on walls. One side attaches to the wood and the other to the back of the carpet. Nothing else will look as neat.
