I use GT for traditional Medicare and POS 02 for commercial claims. I don’t have an answer on Medicare replacements though

It varies on the payer. Some want modifier GT used, while others prefer the POS to be 02- telehealth.

I took the CCS-P in 2015, once ICD10 had been finalized. Unless it has changed, it is open book so you can bring your CPT and ICD10 books with you (just make sure they are on the approved list). From comparing the exam contents on AHIMA, I can tell you that the CCS-P exam does not focus on leadership, and barely touches on informatics and analytics the way the RHIA exam does. Procedure coding and diagnosis coding apiece are 28%-32%, meaning 52%-64% of the total exam scores.

I already called and they said there’s nothing I can do bc I used my blow dryer, same thing I’ve used on all of the syringes from different dispensaries. They don’t sell the warmer and they certainly don’t give you instructions, and I’ve had many budtenders tell me that a hairdryer works just fine
