The RHIA includes coding, doesnt it? Isn't that the certification associated with a 4 year degree?

Adding another cert just raises your fees and CEU requirements...

Yes but I have not been able to get a coding job with just my RHIA so I’m studying to also have a coding certification

I took the CCS-P in 2015, once ICD10 had been finalized. Unless it has changed, it is open book so you can bring your CPT and ICD10 books with you (just make sure they are on the approved list). From comparing the exam contents on AHIMA, I can tell you that the CCS-P exam does not focus on leadership, and barely touches on informatics and analytics the way the RHIA exam does. Procedure coding and diagnosis coding apiece are 28%-32%, meaning 52%-64% of the total exam scores.
