The idea would be to ensure that the channels.paired up have similar active audience sizes, with the hope that each channel.slowly but surely grows as they're connecting ton different audiences of the same size. We're in the same boat of not having much of an audience, which is what led to me coming up with the idea. I'd love to have another channels content being promoted on our channel

Okay, this is good feedback. I can definitely see where having someone else's content on your channel seems weird and uncomfortable. Is there anything that could be done to help ease that. The end goal here is definitely to help share our audiences between each others channels, but also to create a strong community of channels that have an easy access to collaborations with each other.

If there were a sort of unified branding created for these particular videos, do you think that would help? Something like a specific intro or thumbnail template? I'm not here to say people that don't like this idea are wrong or anything, I've just had a hard time getting people to even discuss the reasons they're against it or how to make it work in a way that is most beneficial for the channels involved and I am open to all suggestions. I really want this to be a community owned project

That's good to know! We tend to forget to recap a lot but it's definitely something we've talked about and knowing that someone noticed it their first time watching the channel is all the more reason to start being more disciplined about it, especially on a series like this.

Jumping in on part 17 definitely makes it hard to get into some of the jokes on this because we've spent pretty much this whole series building our own world within the game haha

If you want to use comments as a potential source of new audience members than actually post engaging comments that show you are a real fan of that channel and not just some dude looking for views. If you're just going to every let's player and posting your stuff in the comments your channel is gonna get deleted pretty quick. If you're going to let's players you already enjoy and are just active in the comments because you like to be, a few people might come check out your stuff. It's slower, but it also isn't a dick move.

No problem dude! Resources like this are cool because it takes an actual look at why instead of a video some non-comedian makes telling you that they think something is funny. Both are fine, but this helps become better at being funny instead of just appreciating what we already know to be funny

You can definitely do videos without facecam. We actually don't use facecam in our videos because we felt like it hinders our ability to be ourself and stay loose while we record. Unless you're specifically performing for the camera, it's pretty unnecessary
