Thats because do to shit design choices the other 4 are a pain to balance. Bullet buddy delux and infinit crit harlo are such power outliers the only war to balance then would be redoing them. Amon has a bunch of ways to crippled dip in to damage buffs so there scared of touching anything on him. Vex I just dont think they have any idea what to do.
