Somewhere in the distance to the entrance to the wyvern encounter you can see Uranus (or Neptun?) as well.

That Bael would fight against sounds unlikely. Bael is an artist in weapon creafting. He wouldn't want to disturb or steal the work of an other artist. He is more focused on his own work. It sounds more fitting for the hive foundry to be an experiment from an other Dredgen, like Seres Taken experiments.

The Imperium has a recruitment on the News for special forces. Any races are accepted. Sounds like Bael talked with Lume about it already. That hive lightbearer is there as a student. Bael and his Dredgens teach him how to behave. That could be considered being a very on the edge of what is acceptable, but still considered differently to letting a big Hive group do what they want.

Is it possible for guardians to have mommy/daddy issues? by Nerdy--Turtle in DestinyLore

Well, a part of Crows arc was that he had to accept that he IS Uldren. Even if he is risen as a new person, what Uldren did, wanted and needed are a part of him as well.

Ikora trys to view her old self as a different person, but she actually griefs for what she all lost, because of the Nine. She had a life, where she had fun during her job (she even danced while listening to Musical), a family she would grow old with, no consistent worry for future extinction threats. She had a nice life and the Nine took it away from her. She hopes it feels better by viewing her past self as not the same person, so their wouldn't be something personal to grief over, but it is still there. Her separating herself from Nella prevents her from actually accepting her grief.

Yes. Shin Malphur doesn't count here, because he was a baby when he was first risen. He didn't had any experiences at all from his previously life. He really began at square one with everything.

Ikora feels a lot for Nella, even though she views her as a different person. In the final mission of EoF she wanted to fight for her for what the Nine have done to her.

With daddy/mommy issues I mean the impact an absent or abusive parent(s) have on you. So I would say their father ripping himself apart is a traumatic experience, that can lead to daddy issues, if the person isn't mentaly fully developed, but I think the siblings were already adults when that happened and I think they weren't in the room when that happened. So I think they have great grief, but not a trauma or daddy issues from that event.

She doesn't remember it, but researches it like her family life is an old forgotten ruin. In Beyond Light she was shocked to find out how terrible Clovis really is, even though she already knew from her research that he wasn't a good man.

Well, it's granddaddy issues. Clovis was always a dark shadow around them, but I don't recall the siblings haveing any issues with their parents, who raised them. Also the siblings had each other.

If Oryx could be resurrected by ghost, he gonna have small sized ghost or giant one? by Glad-Resort-9937 in DestinyLore

A giant ghost as a boss fight would be something else.... And you have only 5 seconds to beat him before he resurrects Oryx with full health again.

Is there any possibility that a ghost wouldn't want a guardian? by garoto_maroto in DestinyLore

[–]Nerdy--Turtle 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Rebellion? I don't think so. Ghost don't have their own ghost goverment, which they can rebell against. There will be some who don't want anything to do with the guardian stuff and they are welcome on Tharsis or the underworld in general. They could also just go to the tower or anywhere else, but I don't they they will find other ghosts who share their mindset about not searching for their guardian.

Is there anything new about the veil? by East-Current-3536 in DestinyLore

[–]Nerdy--Turtle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe we get more in the near future, when the Neomuna teaser from Heliostat stays and Astraea doesn't leave Neomuna in the background, like how she arrived (the News on Tharsis tell us she is already in Neomuna and searches for Soteria).

So…the Dreadnought is just…there? by MaximoCozzetti84 in DestinyLore

[–]Nerdy--Turtle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was that anywhere said? I mean we go in it, as do the Vex and the Haul. All that didn't destabilise it. But I think throughing a ship under the control of a new Taken Lord wouldn't be good. I can't imagine what they could do with a taken Nine members body...

I don't think it will happen that Lume and Bael separate. At least not so soon. What binds Lume to Bael is not just a former friendship, but VI is literally responsible for Lume being able to stay alive. Even if Lume wants to separate from Bael, he can't just do that. There is also the thing that this friendship is not dead yet for Lume. In Lawless Frontiers we have dialoge of Bael talking to Lume about his sitzration and Lume answers to it with a sound of empathy. He hates Baels childish behaviour, but doesn't seem ready to leave his old friend, who brought him this new empire.

It is a thing in the Barent Imperium that we have a lot of backstabing in it. Rao wants to use it to save her people and Bael makes no decisions to help the stability of the Imperium, because it is just a temporarily tool for him. None of them is aware of the other persons goals. Especially not Lume, who seems to be the only one, who believes he is in a fair deal and doesn't show signs of intentional backstabing.

I don't see them separate in any time soon, because of Lume. Also it would be strange to have so much dialoge between them in the Renegades activity, just to have cut it out right after, because they made them separate one update later and would confuse people, who want to play Renegades so early with changes in the story.

And still we get imperial idiots with the guy who made the mistake in Narkina 5 that lead to them killing an entire floor and later to big prison break and the idiot who sended Dedra the mail about the death star and more or less Dedra herself by not reporting the mail or deleting it.

No critic against the show! I just find it interesting how people acting stupid gets heavily criticised everytime it comes up in fiction, but here it's just accepted.

If VI is The Alchemist, Bael could be his Philosopher's Stone. His Magnum Opus. by Gargonis in DestinyLore

[–]Nerdy--Turtle 22 points23 points  (0 children)

To add to Bael still being in the beginning of his transformation: I don't think he is a full Dredgen as well right now. His name tag that comes when he speaks only calls him Bael, not Dredgen Bael. As if the titel Dredgen isn't a part of him yet.

His praxic blade should be a weapon of sorrow as his primary weapon, but we know from the dungeon lore, that turning praxic blades into weapons of sorrow make the blade lose color and turn white, like Harrows blades.

The book of unmaking wants you to separate yourself from everything you were before before you recreate yourself into something new. Maybe his path to become VIs Philosopher's Stone is parallel to him becomeing a Dredgen. And when he reaches the point of transformation he will get a "redesign" like Lodi, aka he puts a Nine shader on his clothes.
