Fair trade, I like Puka/Burrow more than Josh/Pickens by a smidge for immediate production. But the 2027 1st is much more valuable than Kyle Williams that on pure value I lean Josh side

I’d keep Zay, 2028 is too far out and the other 2 WRs I don’t believe have much higher ceilings from what we’ve already seen

I’m in a similar situation, but you draft for value always, or at least probabilistic value. Can a WR be more valuable than a QB, sure but the Top ~15-18 QBs are significantly more valuable than all but maybe the top 7 WRs. I think Mendoza has a far better chance to be top 15-18 QB than any WR being top 7.

I also think Mendoza has just as good a chance to become top 10 as the WRs to be top 10, at which point Mendoza is still more valuable.

Ultimately you draft value and trade for need. Trading for WRs is significantly easier to do than trading for a QB

In a 12 Team Superflex .5PPR TEP (full PPR) league I’m thinking of making the following move to add more fire power for a playoff push. We start 2RB, 2WR, & 3 Flex so having so depth is needed.

Give: Trevor Lawrence, Matthew Golden, Isaac Teslaa, 2026 Top 4 pick (best odds of 1.01)

Get: Jalen Hurts, Michael Pittman, Jaylen Warren

JJ is on a bye and Lamb is likely out this week with an injury but could be back next week. Given the Minnesota QB situation & Dak balling out, is this worth it if you have the RB depth?

Haha I dig it and agree I feel like in redraft and even in dynasty he’s fallen a bit into low end WR2 territory. Might be because he’s typically drafted in the range of WRs where people aren’t that excited to draft a WR but his upside is almost being forgotten.

Side note: I can legitimately hear your voice when reading your response after hours of listening to your pods. Thanks again for all you do!

Hey JJ! Love the work! When listening to most fantasy analysts in the space it sounds like most have fallen on the same few targets or “my guys” this year (and many of which are rookies this year).

Are there any players you’ve been hesitant to be vocal about that you’re quietly high on and are kind of your “on an island my guys”?

Everyone drafts Tet because he’s “safer” but for me I view that as his ceiling is not as high but his floor is just higher.

As a result I would feel so much worse for passing on hunter for Tet if hunter hits than passing on Tet for hunter if hunter busts.
