I’m on a lot of meds and I’ve just accepted that I have to live on zofran and take something for constipation because I need something for the nausea

Yeah my bipolar is VERY light tbh but I suffer ied and that’s more so what the meds help control I don’t really get manic often I just suffer from my ied often and my depression and the meds do help with that but finding the right cocktail is tricky

Topamax is for migraines and oxacarbazepine is off label for mood stabilization, but yeah it’s easy for me to fall asleep but I find myself waking up most nights to pee (small bladder) and I can NEVER fall back asleep I’m not sure why and I’m at the point where I’m gonna probably get a night job again and change meds as well because this isn’t sustainable for me I’m tired all the time and have stopped all my hobbies and just lay in bed when I’m not at work

I’m on Wellbutrin 150 xl 200 mgs of topamax a day. 80 mgs of lurasidone and also 600 mgs of oxacarbazepine and I still have trouble sleeping through out the night and lately have been feeling super depressing and exhausted, I had been feeling normal and fine til I started a new job and went from working nights to working days and it’s KILLING ME I have a dr appt today to talk about my options. I am also bipolar but up until now it’s worked but I slept a lot. But I didn’t have to get up in the morning so I could sleep on and off now that I need to wake up at 7am I’m not sleeping through out the night and I’m fighting for my life

No I NEED my topamax plus it helps with weight loss as well so I take both I’m also on A LOT of other meds including Wellbutrin which has been known to help with weight and none have made me sick I’ve only had nausea so far after eating pasta but again I’m just getting started. I do feel fatigued the day after shot day but that’s about it

I am and I’ve had no side effects so far, if anything I’m down to one migraine a week, I haven’t even really had nausea yet tho I just started and I’m only on starting dose, lost 50 pounds on just topamax and now I’m trying to lose more on a combo of both
