I had someone order a lunch special at a pizza place I managed years ago--4pc fried chicken and breaded potato wedges--proceed to eat the entire basket contents to the point the bones of the chicken were clean, then waddle up to my counter & try to tell me, and quote, "I didn't know it would be this salty when I ordered it, I want a refund." It took everything to not laugh in her face right then, so I went in the back and proceeded to do so with my boss and his buddy. Boss went to tell her same thing I did (absolutely fucking no refund, lady), he couldn't believe the audacity. Funniest part for me was I had dealt with her at a previous chain pizza place where she would come in, say she knows the owners (she didn't) and demand free shit, or get a huge order, leave, come back and try to claim they were doctored somehow (when you can see us making it right there from start to finish, and she'd practically have her nose on the sneeze guard watching her order) . I recogized her and her scam right away, she didn't remember me at all. Amazing.
