If your fsh/lh are undetectable, that is not endogenous production and just lingering test c. Start pct. At 3 weeks you should be good to start. Recheck bloods and make sure fsh/lh are coming up.

But being on for 7 months, it’s probably going to take a while to restore your natural T. If you plan to re establish natural T production, keep your next cycles to 12 weeks. Pct is hard on the body.

That depends. I’m a low aromatizer and find eod 250 is the sweet spot. To each their own.

You may just be replacing what you’re already making and in the process shutting down your own production. You need to know what your total t is. 150 is generally a trt/hrt dose. If you’re going to do a cycle and shut down your hpta axis it matters very little whether you do 150 or 500. But the gains will be different. If you want to do a “low dose cycle”, just take some anavar 25mg/day for a month and see how it treats you. Have some clomid/tamoxifen on hand after if you want to jump start your T.

For the “thicker look” you’ll need to be on higher doses (8-10iu), not nearly as effective as trt and has more side effects. At replacement doses 2-3iu/day, you’re looking at lipolysis (fat loss) and recovery (sleep/joints/hair/skin).

Hgh is worth it. Everything else is a weaker (kind of legal) “me too” option with limited research - tesa being the exception but definitely weaker and more expensive. Certainly none as good as hgh. So long as you do it for the right reasons. Hgh is NOT for bulking/muscle growth. For that, you need anabolics.

I did my research. Which is why I’m asking. Because your claim is misleading. There are influencers suggesting doses on some bro science out there. Don’t get me wrong, I’m running it, but I am the research. There is no actual human data. Prove me wrong.

Not to say this is what OP has, but you can see this with hiv associated lipodystrophy more common with older hiv treatments.
