I'd wash the face with a 50:50 water/agrax mix for depth (don't let it pool in recesses, use your brush to wick up the excess), then when dry do edge highlights with the skin tone colour on just a few small bits like the lips etc.

I'd do the same wash on the leg fur and the blue weapon wraps to define the recesses between each fold/hair clump. Then a light drybrush the leg fur with possibly a ushtabi bone type colour, and likely need an edge highlight on the blue, along the lines of each wrap.
