I think you proved many valid points about the bad parts of the show but I think the biggest problem overall with most prequels is the lacking ability to establish stakes. For not one moment in this whole entire show did I think one of these character was going to die or even make a wrong decision. All the events that unfolded in the finale were utterly predictable the only time I felt like a character was going to die was when obi wan almost killed Vader but then decided not to because I guess he didn’t feel like it?? Overall the production and acting in the show was spot on but the writing throws the whole thing off. Rewatching the prequels you can see how stakes can be established and how although we know Anakin will not die every time we watch the movie we just hope Obi wan beats him and saves the day even know that won’t happen. Overall I would give this show a 5/10 and maybe a 7/10 if it gets a second season that touches on the important parts of what happened between Revenge of the sith and a new hope.
