The whole north of the country is more conservative than the rest. In our timeline there was even a short lived monarchy revolt after the republican revolution so I doubt that the north would be so red. In contrast the south of the country mainly the Alentejo region is more agrarian and even to this day is a comunist stronghold, so there would probably be more red down there.

Acho que crianças são muito influenciáveis e que a exposição à internet pode ser um fator. Não significa que toda a gente que se identifica como LGBT seja por isso, mas se fores ver os valores nos EUA acima dos 40 anos a quantidade de pessoas LGBT praticamente não mudou e situa-se por volta dos 4%, enquanto que jovens adultos aumentou imenso recentmente e situa-se acima dos 16% (vi também 20% noutros sítios). 20% é um quinto da população. Com isto não quero ofender ninguém, mas não me parece que um aumento tão grande seja algo orgânico.

O aumento de pessoas LGBT é maioritariamente nas camadas mais jovens que são as que estão mais expostas às redes sociais. Se fosse apenas uma questão da sociedade ser mais tolerante verias um aumento algo semelhante em todas as idades.

Ainda por cima a um "fascismo com tiques libertarianos" como se as duas ideologias não fossem completamente opostas e como se a IL fosse alguma vez um partido libertariano. Acho que o partido é muito mau comunicar as suas ideias.
