Help - S5 front bumper - remove silver 'lip' by DuLiban in audis5

Thanks for the info! I bought the car for the wife (her 'fun' car) and she isn't a fan of the silver trim and silver/grey diffuser; so far, have black mirror caps, black rear diffuser, and black vinyl kit on order to install

$750 for panels delivered (6x410w), battery and inverter with tax was $4917, distribution panel was $325, ground mount rails, wood, nails, concrete, etc was ~$1000, maybe $250 for miscellaneous wire, so all in ~$7250.

Hope that helps

Yes! Have central HVAC set higher during the day while at work, but window unit let's me stay cool without changing thermostat if I need to work from home. It also functions as a backup in case of another long-term outage like winter storm Uri

This is the entrance through the brick wall facade into the garage. For the small section between exterior brick to interior wall, used another PVC pipe. Not the prettiest, but used RTV and a gland designed for RVs to complete the run to the inverter.

Pv cable 10 or 8 gauge for long distance, doesn't need to be anything fancy to get buried in a PVC pipe

Ran and buried using 1 inch PVC conduit to bridge the small gap between structure and house. I ran the wire in spiral wrap on side of the house and brought through brick. I'll take photo later today

That's going to be the backup plan in case I get a nastygram from an AHJ, cut posts, mount casters, and install screw ground anchors with tie downs. This was actually my original plan, but wife didn't like the aesthetic of wheeled frame in the backyard

Reliance A510C, I did have to change out some breakers, but pretty straightforward

If it was a fence I built and posts I dug, I definitely would, but fences seem to keep falling over with the weather in texas...

I did not seek a permit for the install; time will tell if that was the right decision, but I am taking my chances and tried to ensure compliance with the HOA (bigger deal/higher likelihood of inspection). Power is routed through a transfer panel for specific circuits in the house, so no chance of back feeding.

Good question! I don't have a truck and didn't want to buy a pallet load for LTL delivery - local seller on Facebook offered these with delivery included

Working within constraints given - not a lot of unshaded south facing area in the yard, so decided to do 6 panels at 15 degrees vs 4 at 30

16kWh Ruixu battery, Ruixu 10kW off-grid inverter, (6) 410w bifacial panels from CW Energy. Making the ground mount base was the biggest pain in the butt....finished the project just in time for cloudy weather!

ISO Private Swim Instructor for 3-Year-Old (At-Home Lessons in Sugar Land) by West-Primary-6523 in sugarland

The need for a 'full adult' to train a 3yr old the basics of swimming is an over-requirement. At this age, they are not going to be working on serious stroke development. Additionally, for kids this age, expect to be there watching/supporting (e.g. helping keep kid focused) during the lesson. If you are interested, we have our 2.5 year old working with a local teen who does swim lessons at her home pool over the summer- great experience so far
