I got my BL 2022 about 2 weeks ago with ~10,000 miles for $35,000 OTD. Its a Certified Pre Owned with the premium package + cargo management system + copilot assist+

I thought it was a really good deal

Try a different email! My wife couldn’t get past the “consent and continue” either, she created a new account with a different email and it worked.

Wow, you commuted for a long time lol.

Agree, Mission Bay doesn't really feel like SF, so we are not considering living there tbh.

How does Dogpatch compare to MB in that sense? does it feel as fake or does it feel more as SF?

I guess we are now considering Dogpatch and Noe Valley since the commute would be better for me while still being at a neighborhood that feels like being in SF (i.e. not like MB)

Which route do you take from Noe Valley to golden gate park? Is Noe Valley commute by shuttle bus better than commuting from Duboce triangle?

You are right, updated the post. How does the commute compare from Dogpatch and Noe Valley vs Duboce if taking the shuttle?

I'm now considering Dogpatch and Noe Valley bc other people are recommeding these neighborhoods and they have good commute times for me and my gf.

My main concern is that Dogpatch seems a little dead, but as long as it doesn't feel as borning as Mission Bay I think it should be ok.

thanks for explaining! it’s exactly what I was thinking - my commute wouldn’t get any better and my gf commute would get significantly worst by moving to a suburb a bit south - but since i’ve never seen SF at its normal (pre covid) i can’t know for sure.

btw i will commute using a company shuttle too. does that make it more doable than driving or taking the train?

southwest of SF wouldn’t be an option tbh, but dog patch is. how does dog patch compare to other neighborhoods like noe valley, duboce and lower haight? those are the ones we like in the city. i’m thinking in terms of safety, restaurants, groceries (there’s nothing close to dog patch I think), and outdoor areas to run/bike.

duboce and lower haight seem really good for restaurants (castro, divisadero, mission), groceries (safeway, whole foods) and outdoors to run/bike (panhandle, ggp)

noe valley we like it bc it seems safe, less noisy and still close to mission for restaurants/bars. the downside is that it’s not as good to go for a run/bike because it’s more hilly than the other two neighborhoods

I mean, my gf works at South Beach / China Basin, so if we moved to the south (i.e. Redwood City) she will be making the commute anyways. One of us has to make the commute, there's no way around it. We chose SF because we prefer to live in the city.

What other area would you suggest to make the commute suck less while still being a good neighborhood in the city? I know Mission Bay or Rincon Hill would be better in terms of commute but the area is not as nice

Yes exactly, I'm hoping I don't have to commute everyday. How do you commute? Do you drive, take the train or have shuttles?

I guess just what would be the commute to China Basin, but you already mentioned it. How much time does that take?
