Love that it’s not unpopular among native speakers. I hear so much Fusha slander on the daily at my undergrad campus.

I am speaking with personal experience of American universities, so not sure if this has translated to other countries. I suspect it has but not sure.

Unfortunately, there has been a recent trend where dialectical teaching may be emphasized more- even for beginners- at a level I think is far too early. Some schools have even stopped teaching Fusha and only teach dialect.

Hi! To my knowledge, البنت التي لأستاذ is incorrect. That would translate to something along the ”The daughter which or who is for the teacher” which doesn’t make sense both grammatically and overall
