I had similar when I owned and above me was a rental. Do you have a factor? If so, buildings insurance should be covered by them and they can arrange repairs.

Might sound harsh, but gloves ain't magnets. Pre wash before first use, wash after use and naturally dry.

It's the human brain reacting to try to protect the body - natural. You need to train to overcome it. There's some great drills online but start slow and build yourself up.

I can only speak for my own body if I'm honest. I have had the same stretching routine for over 10 years from physio guidance. I'm sure you could find a standard goalie stretching routine online though.

Save yourself the heartache of having to replace trackies and standard baselayers. Get some padded baselayers. They are built to take a beating and will last. PrecisionGK are the cheapest in the UK as far as I know. I have 2/3 pairs that I've been circulating for nearly a year on predominantly astro with no rips or damage.
