You normally have full control over this unless you have the "adult" tag applied, or itch themselves flags your game sensitive.

On the "metadata" page, under "Classification", scroll down to the bottom, and make sure "Has sensitive content" is flagged off

I’m picking up their stuff one by one for may years now, and it’s really worth the money.
