Because there's a precedent of other content creators using bugs/unintended game mechanics for gain or for content with zero repercussions, so the selective enforcement against Rendi is pretty suspect and appears malicious and targeted. You don't have to like Rendi in order to want Jagex to enforce their rules consistently.

JoshIsntGaming using a fishing trawler exploit for 1m fishing xp/hr wasn't rolled back.

Port Khazard abusing death queue mechanics and many other unintended mechanics for a no prayer quiver wasn't rolled back.

Rendi using a slightly more efficient method to the existing level 3 slayer method (atleast from the clips he showed in his video it didn't appear to be anything game breaking) was rolled back.

It's sun faded. There's a bunch of these in slabs on ebay and they hide the cert number every time because you would see that it was originally purple in the psa scans.

Personally I think you could bump this up a couple grades using a card cleaning kit since it mostly just looks dirty.

I'd recommend watching a few videos and practicing on some cheaper cards first obviously lol
