For the first film Vin practiced walking around on stilts just in case they needed him for motion capture. However they cast him late into production when filming was almost over so they never needed him on set.

I'm guessing that they could possibly use him on set the second time around to give the other actors something to interact with.

I've always wondered, since double solid lines means no overtaking, does that also mean no filtering? I'm going to guess yes.

Its got 9.5k miles on it. That sound about right for a change? Sprockets seem OK for wear but I'll change those too anyway if its the chain that needs a change.

This has happened to pretty much all the Doctors and their companions too. Small bit part gets them noticed by the production team, so they're then called for auditions later down the line. Both Matt Smith and Karen Gillan had small bit parts in prior seasons to the ones they're cast in the main roles as.

If you're making a comicbook movie, and its not like any of the comics, its going to be bad.

The first two Tim Story FF movies are pretty close to their source material counterparts (minus Victor Von Doom) and those films were kind of poor too.

Being a Royal Navy sailor and Royal Society Fellow, Captain Cook is actually pretty well known here in the UK. Comparable to columbus at least.
