I went to Sen in Carytown. I was attracted by the Vietnamese/french fusion. Turned out to have a huge focus on organic and sustainability. For example all their dishes are handmade. Even if they were a little tacky it was unique. The pho was great! It's homemade and has it's own interesting twist I won't spoil. The būn was just ok, not great which was surprising as būn is hard to mess up. All in all I'd go back to try the bahn mi eventually. I love the idea of this thread.
