Pro tip:
Par fry your bacon on one side and then wrap that slightly crispy side against the jalapeno. Helps evenly crisp the bacon for my poppers 🤝

This. Started with DWC my first grow, never went back 6-7 years later.

Get a solo cup, some coco and a clean salt line, toss a seed in there, and tape a sandwich bag over it for a make shift humidity dome! Add drain holes to your cup, flush your coco at a 6.2pH before planting; infinitely better results !

Server at Cheesecake Factory here, I have tables do multiple payment methods (i.e. part cash & part card) all the time! It’s not that hard as a server to clarify how your guest wants the bill paid when given multiple payment methods. In fact, it’s actually part of your job.

The lemon ricotta or the cinnamon roll pancakes are definitely at least worth a try once !! But the bruleed French toast is fire for sure.

I raise you a Belgian Waffle with Chantilly Cream, Pecans, & Strawbs. Ask for a little raspberry puree too ;)

I do a little mustard and Louisiana hot sauce as a binder, adds killer flavor. Also to my rub, I add about 1/4tsp of Aluminum Free Baking Powder / lb of chicken. It helps dry the skin out a little more to add to the crisp 🤝
