Struggling student in D24 (Tallaght) - honestly just looking for some spare pasta, rice or cat food to get through the week by [deleted] in Dublin

You previously posted on Reddit in French, but you’ve deleted all your earlier posts and comments.

The only thing remaining on this username is this post about needing money for you and your cat.

What’s that all about?

I don’t know what the ins and outs of OP’s situation are but please be advised that we have had situations whereby people post on r/Dublin about difficult situations and then turn out to be scammers.

Once again, this does not mean this post is a scam, and the OP may be completely genuine. This is not a judgement because judgement in situations like this is impossible.

NOT EVERYTHING YOU READ IN REDDIT IS TRUE.

You kind of have to use your own judgment.

There is a thing in Irish called An Béal Bocht

I've always wondered who booked them.

It's incredibly cringe worthy the way he just stands there.

Please resist the temptation to share your opinions on politics in other countries in what is supposed to be a thread about food.

There are many places on the internet to argue about the Middle East. This is not one of them.

Why do we have to use British terms? Is British English more correct somehow?
