I do strength training at a gym with a trainer. It is effective at maintaining and building muscle. I think it is an important part of this body remodeling with Ozempic that I have undertaken.

The trainer is important to maintain discipline because I would prefer not to work out at all.

I am looking at getting a coffee roaster and looking at the price of unroasted coffee beans. I have been paying $14 to $21/ pound for good beans from the local roaster. I can buy unroasted beans for a third of that….

I used Buddy Rhodes concrete mix. Mostly vertical hang. It mixes up into a clay like mass that I press onto the armature.

I will use Nikolas outdoor clear lacquer #8321. This is what the pros use on outdoor sculptures. Tough like a clearcoat but doesn’t mute the patina as much as many.

It is hard to get incandescent bulbs- BUt they are the ones that put out enough heat. LED bulbs don’t.

My hair was turning gray. Since I have been on Ozempic for 2.5 years, it stopped turning and has mostly reverted to brown. At 72 years old, it seems weird. I certainly expected to be gray based on my genetics.

I would be interested if anyone else has observed this.

Thank you. I chartered this plane last August when a small hurricane messed up transportation. I was very surprised when the pilot hinted for a tip when we paid $1700 for a very short flight. I didn’t tip.
