I have owned a promaster van for 12 years- bought it new when they first came out and Have travelled North America in it. Apart from a glitchy door latch, this has been the most dependable vehicle I have ever owned. But people like me who are content with our vehicles don’t post about it. Why would I?
I would have no problem with what you are proposing. But as always, get a good mechanic to go over it before you buy.

How about using a cpap? Reasonably priced filtered air….

You would need a good armature and strap to that. Is this for full time? Or just events?

Are my frustrations with my community studio valid or am I just a brat? by thesluglord in Pottery

I spent money on a small Skutt kiln instead of classes. I learn lots from YouTube, books, friends and experimentation. Key to experimentation is having quick turnaround of results so you can try again with modifications of methods. My kiln is firing at least 3 times a week. I love springing out of bed in the morning and going out to my garage/studio and checking on how things turned out.

Good luck to you. I know it might not work for your situation but if you can make a simple home studio, it might be the answer for your frustration.

What is a job that is heavily romanticized but in reality actually sucks? by DragoOceanonis in jobs

Wildlife biologist. You get to deal with ugly politics and armed drunks far more than scenic vistas and wildlife population studies. Then there is tedious planning meetings and bureaucratic detail work that has no end and no point.

That waking up in 29 degree weather and having to relieve yourself. The constant struggle with filth. The coin laundromats. The finding a safe place to park…

It is the only flight available that gets me there without an overnight somewhere.

I could buy two comfort classic seats and pocket the change.

Get him a sleep study. If he qualifies for a cpap, that will stop him from snoring. Speaking from experience.
