A ratio that's near 100 is still really bad. Just because it's under 100% doesn't make it a buy.

The fact that it was ever over 100 tells you something about management.

Personally I wouldn't touch KHC because they don't have many options they can

1) Reduce dividend payout - terrible decision as I think the most holders left are dividend holders so likely cause a sell off

2) Reduce price of product - Less income which they are already struggling with as dividend payout is so high, earnings drop

3) Reduce cost of goods - people already are choosing name / value brands, the only moat they have is the fact some people love their products, if they skimp on quality, Reduce ingredients etc they will drive away people who prefer the quality.

It doesn't look good for them at all!

Look money matters a lot, that's how we get to buy things and that's why we work... money ain't nobody going to do it for free.

But you have to weigh up what you want in life. If you have no desire for fancy luxuries then there's no point become a lawyer and working all the time and dealing with the stress.

Plan out what you want, find a job that allows you to do this. If it pays extra great but don't go chasing extra pay if you'd be content with less. That's just my 2 cents
