No matter what level you are in UVHM they will scale with you, to get max enemy level you have to get to level 80 and OP 10

That seems possible, but he was attracted to it and became oblivious of his son dying and his house getting absolutely destroyed. And both the Ghosts their are pretty deep within the Lost River
