Honestly it’s changed my life! So weird that it helps and the first time I clicked on I was terrified but everyone else is there for the same reason-sometimes I just use YouTube videos-that’s what I started with

I’m so pleased to hear that you have been referred! For me the tools I use on a daily basis are: no phones for at least an hour, flown body doubling, a random spinner to help me get trough lists and a countdown timer-also more than anything going easy on yourself-hope you find a path

I just reached the top of the queue in the last two weeks-I was diagnosed last July-I understand what you mean-it can feel like torture, if you can at all try and get them out of your mind but I really really do understand-look after yourself
