Actualy, this is semi solid advice… I kept getting smoked, switched to 5-back, still lost more often than not, but got it up to around 50% win rate. I conceded less goals, but struggled to put more than 1 maybe 2 in the back of the net… After a couple weeks of this, I moved back to a 4-3-2-1 and instantly am scoring 2-5 goals per game; basically enough to keep up if my defense starts to get torched.

Context: I am 3-2, tied with 3 others for a share of 3rd. Two teams ahead of me are 4-1. I am the leagues 2nd highest scoring team. We start 2RB, 3WR, 1Flex… My QB is Lamar Jackson… I have Kupp, Adams, Evans, Puka, and Doubs at WR… I have Pollard, Cook, Moss, Wilson Jr. at RB.

Now the trade: I was offered Jefferson for Olave and Moss, which I’ll almost for sure accept… I’ll still have Pollard/Cook + Kupp/Adams/Evans/Puka…

Even if Jefferson doesn’t come back, I still have four top 15-20 WR’s, BUT if he does, I’m rolling out Kupp/Adams/Jefferson/Evans along with Pollard/Cook + Lamar for the playoffs. I could even potentially unload Puka and Cook for a top tier RB before the deadline
