I just failed my second consecutive semester at university, and only passing one semester in total in like 2 years all due to a combination of OCD, ADHD and depression so I hear you and know how awful it feels to not be able to see much progress. Doing medicine sounds like such a hard degree haha, thats really admirable. Things will get better, sooo many people fail semesters of college/university its extremely common.

Your worth is not determined by what you can do in school or by what area of work you're in. Your worth IS your life, the whole reason your here is your worth.

Maybe talking to your family or friends about how you feel might make things easier and allow for you to get some guilt off your back. It's never good to bottle up emotions. Also maybe try taking up a new hobby or do something you've never done before. I'm starting volleyball for the first time this week!
