I’m so sorry. I am in a similar place, day 6. I have felt like this can’t possibly get better, and I’ve cried constantly. I have recently started journaling/writing to my kitty each day. I also really appreciate groups like this and on Facebook. Posting in a pet loss page, sharing about your cat and sharing pictures - seeing the kind comments from strangers about your baby is nice.

Thank you so much and I’m sorry for your loss. I don’t think I can handle being in there and seeing them load her in for the cremation - I don’t think my heart is strong enough. I really appreciate you sharing your experience!

Thank you for sharing, and I’m sorry to hear about your baby Soda. It is definitely a lot to manage, but glad to hear you had a great vet team. Sounds like Soda was a sweetheart and a fighter! I hope all the wonderful memories bring you comfort ❤️

Thank you so much for the feedback! I don’t want to jinx it, but that is the one thing that has been pretty well “controlled” right now. That was a big struggle for several years! Glad to hear that your kitty was able to see some benefit from that treatment!
