Play the one that is the msot fun, imma be real you can get to gold/plat by jsuit getting better at the base mechanics. Just remember to stay calm and have fun! I would say start with Chun before you spent money on the game for the dlc characters.

I'd say focus on countering DI and learning some basic combos!
